Companionship

 

JCL provides supplemental companionship, social experiences and life-enhancement services for men and women with developmental disabilities who live in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, group homes or supported living homes.

 

Individualized Activities

These services are intended to round out the primary supports provided in those settings. We offer individualized support and activities based on the interests, capabilities and needs of each person receiving services.

 

For example, our staff may take a nursing home resident to the mall and out to lunch, or sit alongside them while they play bingo, or massage their feet while they relax in their wheelchair.
